Glassdoor launched its company ratings site in as a website that “collects company evaluations and actual salaries from personnel of massive groups and displays them anonymously for all members to look,” in line with TechCrunch. The company then averaged the mentioned salaries, posting these averages alongside the opinions employees made of the control and culture of the organizations they worked for—along with some of the bigger tech groups like Google and Yahoo. The website online also permits the posting of workplace snap shots and other agency-relevant media.
